Psw10 subwoofer hook up to vizio sound bar

I bought a psw10 subwoofer and I want to hook it up to my vizio sound bar, I hooked it up with a RCA cable and I can't get the bass out of the subwoofer. What am I doing wrong?

Yep. Doesn't look like that sound bar has anyway of connecting a subwoofer to it.
