Hi I need to replace the TRRS plug but as several of the wires have broken already then I don't know which colours go where on the new jack.
The colours I have are red/white which is sheathed in ground bare copper, then red, blue and green.
Research so far intimates that the tip is green (left signal) and red is second ring (right signal) can anyone assist in clarifying the colours and their position on the TRRS please?
