Hello all,
I currently have a new Toshiba 51" HD Projection TV (51H83) HDTV compatible. What I am finding right now, regardless of normal resolution or HD resolution, the pictures seem like it has a haze over it and the sharpness is rather bad. I tried adjusting the picture to no avail. I have heard from a friend of mine that if you get the manufacturer code for the TV you can actually go into the TV and manually adjust the lines of resolution, is this true? Is there an easier way or something I overlooked? Please help! Thanks so much.

Pick up a video setup disc like Avia or Digital Video Essentials and it will help you get the basic adjustments done correctly. Also since the tv is new, you may need to run the Toshiba's auto convergance. I think they call it touch focus. There should be a button on the front of the tv for that.

Thanks fireshoes for your help!
Where can I find one of those video setup disks?
