I have a pair of rti a3's and the previous owner connected them in bi-amp configuration and I want to connect them as they were factory . How to do this is a mystery because the manual is not around. Polk doesn't provide easy access....?

The metal jumpers you speak of were not supplied. The previous owner had them removed as they were connected in the bi-amp config. My question is how were they connected OEM? Thank you for clearing that up !!

Welcome also. You can call Polk to get the factory jumpers like in the pic a few posts up, or just use speaker wire. When using speaker wire to connect the top and bottom posts, you want to make sure you strip enough rubber/plastic coating from the cable as to not get any of it caught inside the posts.....only bare wire. It will effect the sound if you do. Same goes for any of your speaker wire connections at either end when using bare wire.
There is also plenty of after market pre made jumpers available.HT SYSTEM-
