Very 'vegas-like', and not really my tastes, but the guy did a LOT of work. Thought some of you might enjoy a look, if this one hasn't made the rounds yet.

Cheers,
Russ

I think in his case the media room doesn't cost as much as his ride, but then who knows ... another nice little toy.

If you look at Phase 3 pictures...

There are GIGANTIC speakers behind the screen, gigantic rear speakers and a gigantic subwoofer.....

They are behind fabric, in the walls and ceiling. You just need to go through the pictures, as there are only a couple pictures of them.

I wouldn't call the speakers gigantic, they are not THAT large.

I think that room is butt ugly.
CTC BBQ Amplifier, Sonic Frontiers Line3 Pre-Amplifier and Wadia 581 SACD player. Speakers? Always changing but for now, Mission Argonauts I picked up for $50 bucks, mint.

This actually reminds me of the Coronado Theatre in our town. A few years back, Harry Connick Jr. was playing there, stopped in the middle of a song, looked around for a couple of seconds, and remarked, "This looks like Satan's basement."

My first thought it looks like a roaring 20's Cat house...

But hey, the guy likes Sunfire...;)

Loved his equipment list... Everything, but the drink coasters he uses.

    Thanks for the link, Russ.
    More later,

Very cool, but I have to almost agree w/ doro. It's just too gaudy. That's not for personal enjoyment, THAT'S for showing off. I can guarantee you that he can reel off the costs like a ticker if someone even LOOKS LIKE they're going to ask;)
