edited November 2015 in For Sale (FS) Classifieds
Looking to clear out my closet of things that just aren't getting used and likely going another direction with my loft area.

For sale are the following items:

- Full set of Larrys rings for a set (2) of RTA 11T or RTA 11TL speakers (45 + shipping)
  • This includes rings for the 8" passive drivers in these speakers. Only 3-4 sets of things sized rings were ever run. I have sanded down "most" of them and will hit them with rustoleum before I ship them to you. The last few 8" need to be sanded and then hit with rustoleum. I'm just not going to get them installed anytime soon because I'm lazy and busy with other projects.
- 2 sets of Cardas CCGR S Cardas Binding posts (so 4 binding posts total) (60 shipped)
  • These were for a project I'm not going to be starting and I need longer ones or speakon connections instead. This is enough binding posts for a pair of stereo speakers with only 2 binding posts per speaker.
- 2 of each passive driver for RTA 11 series speakers (60 shipped)
  • Anyone looking for drivers for their RTA speakers should buy these. Its enough to blow ALL the passives in each speaker and have a replacement on hand.

Local Feeler: Polk RTA 11TL speakers. Fully stock in a 9/10 condition. Have grills in mint condition with no dings or scratches. Includes adjustable feet. Can scrounge up a manual. (175)

I'm not "really" looking for trades but will entertain both trades and offers via PM.

Every item BUT the passive assumes payment via Paypal gift. The passives are assumed to be sent as a transaction for purposes of insurance as they are the only items that can "really" be damaged easily.

All items will be shipped with tracking and have that number provided to you. It may take a day or two to get them shipped. I will package accordingly.

I will get pictures posted in the next day or so.

Sorry, new baby's been keeping me a bit busy. Here are some shots of my setup, which include the RTA's. They have a wood finish. Not sure if its oak or walnut or whatever...

    Will get better ones tonight.

I'm willing to drive within about 2 hours one way to meet up with these. Might be willing to drive more depending on timing. Also willing to package the rings & passives into a local deal and drop the price a bit more.

If the speakers sell but the passives and rings don't, do either interest you? I can't PM via this stupid phone or tablet interface...

If so PM or text me.....

    Update:

Rings are tentatively sold to a forum member, Passives are still up for grabs as are the RTA's.

I'm beginning to have second thoughts on these, so they may just stay with me, but if your interested let me know.

Attached below are some better pictures of the speakers...

Small defects I happened to notice:

Slight dent in rear of both speakers:

Small pinhole in grill fabric (never noticeable because baffle is black)

Them's nice speakers, Dan. Nice form factor, good sound. Gave mine to my brother (When you end up with an entire system you're not using, give it to a loved one!) and they're still singing.

    Rings sold to @Nightfall

I didnt get them sprayed but the 6.5" rings are clean and ready for it. The 8" passives could use a quick sand as could the tweeter brackets and then a coat of rustoleum.

Otherwise everything else is in there.....

Yes they are but they are leaving my place tomorrow to be replaced eventually with something hopefully better... not sure just what that is yet...

The loft is going to be converted into a combo kids room/secondary theater in the coming months. For now it will just be a shell of its former self and thats ok...
