desktop headphone amp....

So, I got the portable headphone amp (topping nx1) from amazon and the shures from daboyz (thank you again). I am enjoying the headphone listening experience and am now looking for a more permanent home amp that I can hook my phone up to or a DVD player. I have to use my phone and have music downloaded on it and spotify. I do not have a computer to hook this amp up to so it would have to be something I could hook directly up to my phone or cd changer. Any advice on the cheap to get my feet wet? I saw the schiit just sold in the flea market and rooftop has one for sale (but I believe you need to hook this up to a computer). Thanks in advance.
