I'm grasping at straws here, but anyone with SDA's that might have bought one of these rare beasts and for whatever reason, didn't use it, possibly want to sell? As the title implies looking for the 1000VA special order version, not the common 800VA Y236906.

    Someone was selling one of those in the for sale section about 4 or 5 months ago. I think they were asking about $500.00 for it.

    Thanks for that info Polkie2009. I would assume it was sold, but will have a look back. I have a possible purchase in the works, so hopefully that works out.

    Just wrapping up this post/thread. I did find a 1KVA unit available and purchased, so my need has been fulfilled. Now trying to complete 4 pairs of 4th/5th gen speaker upgrades & cosmetic improvements:
    2 pairs of SDA-1C's, 1 pair of CRS+'s, and 1 pair of SRS2.3TL's.

    Funny, I was happy with 2 pairs of SDA2's for almost 20 years (no modifications) before I found this website, and went off the deep end.

    You are ALL to BLAME!!! lol
