    Well, pretty disappointing x-mas sale
    after what has been said by the dealers on here I did not expect 50%
    what I did expect was 15-20% off most items and more off of a few select items
    and believe me I feel for the dealers - a x-mas sale should be able to be coordinated between Polk and its dealer network - then everyone wins

    all that being said - my next step is to buy remanufactured from Polk or from a dealer that will give me a reasonable discount on new - but finding a dealer is not easy with Polk's dealer search function

    So here is a questions I have for those have gone the route I'm considering
    has anyone had a bad experience buying the reman's from polk?

    Seen a few items off eBay site
    None with any blemishes or damage. I would say most are just open box specials that could not legally be sold as new.

    Could have been original boxes were damaged, pieces may have been missing but replaced.
    Maybe a damaged grill, drive, crossover issues etc

    Don't see really any reason not to purchase

    I bought my 703's from Polk Audio on ebay, looked & work good as new in original packaging, they replaced grill that had little glue soaked through no questions asked very impressed. Warranty is less.
