Elipson Speakers - Studio Pro Monitor

I have a chance to pick up a used pair of Elipson Studio Pro Monitors. They seem to use the same Peerless ring radiator tweeter as the Polk LSi's. They seem to be pretty highly thought of in the UK, however not much I find about them in the US. Anyone have their ears on these?

  • I had a pair of Avance Epsilon 980's and they sounded very nice indeed...it actually moved out a pair of Martin Logan Sources at the time. I could not deal with the ML's small sweet spot. I would give them a chance if the price is right
