Sound Pressure Level Meter

I am in need of a good sound pressure level meter. I've got to set the levels again on all of my speakers. Can anyone suggest a meter?

  • Actually, I bought a Emotiva XMC-1 in Sept this year and it comes with Dirac live. I have been very reluctant to set it up, so I will try the manual set-up first

Why? A buddy of mine has the xmc and Dirac is pretty awesome.

  • The last 4 or 5 Yamaha receivers I had all had the Ypao auto set-up. Just turn it on and the receiver did the rest and the end result was the music sounded pretty darn good. Now with the dirac and the Xmc I have to go through my computer. Computers can be great fun and the can become frustrating as heck. With the luck I have been having lately with this this computer I have a nagging suspicion it will screw-up the set-up. I'm gonna have to do it sooner than later.
