You can't say Cox. I'm offended. To the ban pit you go....

These gals play so effortlessly...it's crazy. I have a buddy of mine trying to learn to play guitar and he has been struggling something fierce. My grand daughter Emmy is self taught on an acoustic guitar, and has even written a couple of songs. That gal is going places.

I feel your buddy's pain. I've been playing for 10 years and I'm 51. I only play rhythm guitar and never caught onto soloing. The reward of learning something new is very rewarding. I got to play in a local blues band for 4 years, best time I've ever had in my life. If only money would buy skill I would be broke.

Talent, youth, and over-learning, laying down motor/performance patterns that pretty much run on AUTO PILOT, almost no conscious guessing, thinking is taking place. That's why MOST of us who are learning to play instruments take so long to do so and never sound as good as these youngsters, we're ALWAYS second guessing finger placements and what note comes next, and that conscious "hesitation" is our DEMISE! The great ones don't THINK they PLAY!

Pretty neat! That girl must weight all of 105-110 lbs? lol And yet!

She plays so cleanly too, dead-on, no slop. Incredible.

I've seen that one. The difference to me is she doesn't look like she enjoys it.
