RTA 12 with what to be peerless/SL 1000 tweeter most likely not B none the less look very much from what I see. Depending on price and whether or not the high hats are included. Nice find.. Geppy 1 has done the most research on that series hopefully he'll chime in.

I just picked up a pair of RTA 12C in rough shape with one bad woofer for $100. I put in a spare woofer and compared them to my SDA 2B. They sound pretty similar but of course no SDA effect. Not surprising considering they share very similar drivers and cabinet. I prefer the 2B, but the 12C is no slouch. They sure are ugly though. Really bad vinyl and they look awkward with or without the hat. My personal opinion would be to hold out for a pair of 2B for the $150-300 they seem to be going for.
