    I think you can still get them new from Polk Customer Service - mention you're a forum member for a discount. They're about $50 each.

    I have eight RD0-194s that I used for about two years in my SDA SRS1.2s before I replaced them with RD0-198 in a "TL" upgrade.

    I will sell them for $36.00 each + shipping.
