Anyone Else Notice that this Whole Site is "Copyright 2014"?

I do maintenance of my own domains, too, and this kind of thing is easy to miss. Thought I'd send a tickler to the mods, to keep the lawyers happy.

My point is gents that for Polk to have any copyright rights, it must claim them properly. The correct way to do this is for them to update the notice on the site to copyright 2015. if they do not, then ANYONE can claim that they have the rights to use any of the content as they wish, and can use it as their own creation and intellectual property IP).

Obviously Polk intends to protect its IP and claim its copyrights....but it was not done correctly, so I politely pointed that out.

It has nothing to do with format changes, or when that may have happened....it's an intellectual property issue.

If they update the copyright date to 2015, then anything posted prior to that date is not protected.
