Just received my 706c but it's damaged

I purchased it off of Polks ebay store and the warranty states as a refurbished item the warranty doesn't cover blemished or imperfections but I do believe this is damage please see the attached pictures.
Now the good thing is that it on the bottom of the speaker and the speaker seems to work perfectly, to send it back is PITA so what do you do or what would you do???
And by the way it is a fantastic speaker I'm watching the LOTR to check it out and it rocks.

    Hard to tell how deep it is from the pics but I'd probably keep it.

    Well it cracked the finish but works find so I will probably keep.

    Got any overall photos for a proper sense of what we're looking at?
    I bought my 706 from the eBay Store too, and was a little bummed at first that it wasn't as pristine as the other speakers I bought from them, which looked brand new and unused, but eh, that faded pretty quickly, and now I just enjoy it. Does suck though. It's a lot to spend on blemmed piece of equipment.
