    Put them on the long wall. 6 to 8 feet apart, 5 to 6 inches off the back wall, no toe in and at least 3 feet from any side wall.

    I had one speaker 4 ft from a side wall and the other was against a leather chair...I moved the chair to another room to give the speaker room to breath and the difference was not subtle
