How to perform a factory reset of a S2 play-fi speaker

Hi,
My S2 speaker has always been "flaky" in the sense that I have to constantly reprogram it. I can say that is a problem to my specific speaker because I also own a S2r which has been more solid.
Something may have happened when updating firmware recently and now I cannot program th S2. I start the process, find the speaker, provide the network password and it does not connect to the network at all. It happens with 2.4G and 5G networks.
If, given its "flakiness", something happened while updating the firmware, is there a way to do hard reset on the device?? To return to a "factory defined" firmware?
