Vr3 and Modifications

Hello All,

Over the past year or two I have really thought long and hard about the direction I want to take Vr3 and the resources and time I would need to use to get it to that destination and that thought process has ultimately left me with the decision to cut back my Vr3 adventures to taking in one off projects. I currently have a back log that will finalize into the middle of 2016. These orders will be completed in due time and I will still accept orders for Terminal Plates and Gimpod boards and honor any and all warranties.

Ultimately the past four years I have worked three jobs, gone to college, remodeled a house, started a relationship, engaged to be married and ultimately, in the end, I am finding the time and energy to dedicate to modifications is much less than before. It would be a disservice to continue on with extended lead times and having to push back ship dates. My reputation is very important to me.

I want to sincerely thank the Polk community for the support since 2011 and allowing me the opportunity to build the crossovers I have and be allowed to push the envelope of what a crossover ultimately should look like.

So again, thank you all very much, it has been a blessing to be humbled by the patronage and confidence that you guys have bestowed upon me the past couple of years and I am confident that in the future, I would love to re-enter this venture once more at full steam.

Thank you all as always,
Trey

Best wishes to you and your "soon to be" significant other.

Although, I never had the pleasure of retaining your services, I have COMPLETE confidence I would have been 100% satisfied with your work.

When you are back in the game and when I'm ready to get my speakers where they need to be, I will personally be bringing them down and have you do your magic.

    All The Best,

    David

  • Trey,

Congratulations to you and best wishes to your future bride.

I have certainly benefited greatly from your extraordinary work, and I am grateful not only to have received that benefit, but also to have gotten to know you a bit in the process. I only wish I could have gotten to know you better.

With that said, I am confident that a person with your integrity and determination, as well as with your many talents, has a very, very bright future.

And, I hope you will still show up at Club Polk occasionally! :)

    Sincerely,

    Phil

    Trey,

I've never had the pleasure of working with you, but from all I've read, you seem to be a true master at the mods you've done, and more importantly a class act. What a great post you opened with, said with honesty, integrity, and with the purpose of keeping all you've worked with or committed to working with informed and satisfied. You have your priorities straight and are wise to limit yourself before you burn out.

Best of luck in your marriage, and your future. When the time comes to revive this endeavor, I'm sure there will be polkies and others lining up to reap the benefits of your mods!

    Best wishes,
    -Al

If Trey is amenable to it, perhaps, we should plan a good old-fashioned chivaree for his wedding night! This is a great Southern tradition, which Trey probably would like to honor.

We could even set up some high-powered amps, some SDA SRS 1.2TLs (fully modded by Vr3 Mods, of course) and blast some great tunes all night long!

Trey, just give us the place, date and time!

Now thats funny, one side of the room is the bride's family sitting, the other is the grooms and then there is that one group of "characters" in the back of the room that no one really wants to claim or is even sure who they are... >:)
