I have just registered my RTIA9 with serial #997502963 and need help to replace a broken bottom rubber pad.

You might want to try using spikes instead of those rubber feet. You may experience some better bass response. If you have hardwood floors, they sell little discs for under those spikes.HT SYSTEM-

i do have hardwood floor with DFM acoustic insulation on floor for my studio and there the cosmetics matters a lot; since studio should not make DIY impression hence insisting on to get this rubber pad from CS dept.
