    John Oliver's great. Been watching him for a couple of months now. His take on FIFA corruption, the Miss America pageant, etc., among other issues, is hilarious, incisive and cuts to the bone.

    I think Oliver has really come into his own. The new format is great-in depth looks at a PARTICULAR issue as opposed to a cursory perusal of the news for the week, touching on almost everything for a short laugh.

    Being British also helps! That sense of humor!

    His Fifa bits are also hilarious, yet true and sad at the same time. Loved the episode where he wore the golden winged shoes, ate McDonalds, and drank a Bud light lime....all he said he would do if the head of Fifa was to go away.
