hi, is it possible to get parts for my polk audio 4shot

i bought this headphones awhile ago like a year or a few month (i can't really recall) from Gamestop but i was not sure if it had Warranty so just a few days ago a part of the headphones broke as you can see the image i post here and was wondering if its possible to get a replacement part somewhere.

I had the same piece break in the same area and I had mine about as long as you have. I think there's a design flaw in that area. the ear part is made of metal and that part is made of plastic
