SDA 1A schematic question

What is the purpose for the 0.5uf capacitor that is parallel with the 3.5 ohm resistor in the tweeter circuit?
I seems to be unique to the SDA 1A and SDA 2.
It is not used in the dimensional tweeter circuit.
