A friend has enlisted my help in putting together a rig. I've got everything covered but speakers.

Anyone got a decent pair of bookshelves or even SMALL floorstanders (prefer bookshelves) that they are looking to unload for not a TON of cash (less than 100 bucks).

Just putting feelers out at this point, if you have anything, lemme know.

    I have a pair of R15's bookshelf speakers for sale $65.00 shipped. They are rarely used in a bedroom setup.

    I have a pair of PSB Century 500's that I might let go but I'd have to ask a bit more than $100. They have the Vifa 8" classic woofer and 3/4" dome tweeter. The woofers are brand new from PSB, bought em on epay and the voice coiles were warped. They are black ash. I'd have to get $150+ shipping and that's way less than I have in them. It would be tough to find better for that price though. Read the reviews on Audio Review. I think they scored something like 4.6 out of 5 and they do image like crazy. They also have excellent bass for their size, but if you like it loud, the midrange will get muddy as the they are two ways.

    I have a set of Elctro-Voice speakers that my dad replaced with a set of KLH Model 6's from George. I cleaned up the crossovers and they seem to be in good condition now. They are nice, relativly unknown speakers. About the same as a JBL or KLH from the same timeframe (mid 70's) and about the size of KLH 22's. I can take a few pictures if you'd like.

    I'm also on the hunt for some good bookshelf speakers to go with my new TT. What are the 5jr's like as far as sound quality goes like bass, mids etc? They look like a decent pair of speakers but i would love to hear some feedback on their quality.
