    I am gonna go watch it now it is in my cue. Check out the The Funk Brothers it is like the Mowtown version. It was on netflix or something at one time.

  • I didn't know that Glen was an ace guitarist.

    His singing / acting career was later.

    The interviews with the musicians are really interesting, Carol Kaye was a bassist and she remarked that she was making more money the President in those years.

    Yep, those are two parts of the trilogy, the other being "Muscle Shoals", where Aretha & Wilson Pickett among others made history. I've seen the first two and I agree, they're great. Planning to buy MS.
