Time to move some of this stuff, so:

Carver Amazing Platinum Mk.IV - Not a scratch in oak. Ribbons are fine. Comes with eight brand new woofers from Orevox that I never installed. Also come with custom naugahyde covers I had made for long periods of non-use. Version with only one pair of speaker terminals, non-biampable. These are pending to an individual who is thinking over the $1,000 price.

Carver A500x - 250wpc @ 8 ohms THX certified stereo power amp. Good cosmetics. Black. I am not original or sole owner. $300

Carver C-9 - Stand alone Sonic Hologram Generator. $100

Carver C-19 - Vacuum tube stereo preamp. Only issue cosmetically or otherwise, it has two stes of "Main" outputs. They both work fine, but one now has a "captive" pair of Monster cables attached. The turbos were so tight it sheared the silver jacket off the input when I tried to remove it, and it is now part of the interconnect. I shoved it back on and it works fine as does the other set of outputs. $500

Carver M4.0t - 375wpc @ 8 ohms stereo power amp, bridgeable to 1,000 @ 8 ohms. Never modded, I am the sole owner. Great cosmetics. $300

Carver M500t - 251wpc @ 8 ohms stereo power amp, bridgeable to 700 @ 8 ohms. I am second owner, probably never modded. Great cosmetics. $250

Carver TFM 42 - Same specs as M4.0t. Black. Great cosmetics. I am the sole owner. $300

Carver TX-11a - AM stereo and FM stereo tuner. Great cosmetics, and I'm the original owner. $200

Carver 2000 - 200wpc @ 8 ohms stereo receiver. Great cosmetics. I am not the sole owner. From the original Carver receiver line. $300

Carver Receiver 150 - 150wpc @ 8 ohms stereo receiver. Great cosmetics. I have the original styrofoam "egg" and the original box as well. $175

Carver HR 742 - 80wpc AM/FM stereo receiver, black, have remote also. I am not the sole owner. Fantastic cosmetics. $80

More stuff to come (not Carver). Thank you.

    That's true.

Jesse, there comes a time for everything. I've had them for a quarter century now. Time to let somebody else grin.

Don, I'm sorry, but I don't see any opportunity for shipping in the near future.
  • I may be looking but not seeing... I am interested in the M-500t, and I see local pick up, but I don't see where you are located. Where would this need to be picked up? Thanks!

Exit 5 on the Jersey Turnpike is what you need to know. If that is acceptable further directions will be provided.

Well thanks anyway, it's the thought that counts. This place used to give your location up by your username. I guess that was too pricey.

Pick up location is South/Central Jersey. Exit 5 on the turnpike.

I hope I am not one of the "Carversite" regulars to which you will not sell - If in fact I am not, I would be interested in the 500t and the 4.0t. I am trying to arrange "mule" service now, as I am located in MT.

Glad to help out George. I just posted it the one Carver forum, forgot you weren't a member of either. Will put it on the other one later tonight if @F1nut doesn't beat me to it.

I am not going to decide to ship. I don't see any capability to spend the time necessary to do that properly in the near or not so near future. I'm sorry.

    NO SHIPPING! Please don't ask.

I was mistaken about the "captive" interconnects on the C-19 "Main Out". They are not Monster, but the lavender 1.5 meter Acoustic Research that I found to my liking.
