Any Garmin Vivofit Bracelet Users?

I received a Vivofit Bracelet for my recent 60th birthday. It counts steps, sleep time, calories used, links to an android app via Bluetooth. Also will link to My Fitness Pal app. Just wondering if there are any users that could offer any tips etc. Thanks
