Getting the house ready to sell...

So obviously, that means I get to set up the spare bedroom as my office/2 channel room...

House will be on the market tomorrow morning and we will be making an offer on the new place shortly after that. No details yet as I don't want to jinx it but the only things that have had me more excited were the birth of my children and meeting/marrying my wife.
The realtor commented that I was like a kid in a candy store. Lol.

    I'm jealous of that room! Which part of it is an office lol? My office/guest bedroom/listening area is mostly bedroom, some office, and almost no listening area!

    Anyway, good luck with everything. Moving is stressful but it also can be really fun!
