Looking at a new Receiver Pioneer SC85??

I can pick one up for $1000, I have the SC07 and love it but I need the 4K 3D pass through

Any reason not to pick it up over the 87??

    Personally I would stick with the 85
    Sabre ultra

    D3 amp.
    The 87 seems to subtle to step up.
