PSW 300 confusion

Are there two different versions of the PSW 300? I've seen one on ebay that is a bottom-firing 10" 300w version and another that is a front-firing 12" 300w version. What's the deal? Is something mislabeled or am I just ignorant?

neither of the above are correct. The PSW-300 has a 10-inch down-firing woofer, with a 125-watt amplifier. -
