I already have a media server which other networked devices(such as my Pioneer N-50) can see. They just work. No need to install additional software. Will the squeezebox behave the same or do I need to install the Squeeze server on a PC to get the Duet working?

I think I found the answer. Looks like there is no UPnP support so you must use SqueezeCenter. Yes?

Dave, as far as I know you have to use the squeeze-server. But I will say that its not a big program, and its not difficult to setup or access. And I like that all your music and radio stations and streaming services are accessible through the same program and phone/tablet app. I can easliy flip back and forth between spotify and my library. I sure don't need 3 of these, but it's tempting at this price anyway. And the
Logitech music server software is pretty good, seamless with several of my iDevices
too in case I don't have my readers handy!
