I have an Onkyo DX C 909 Integras 6 disc changer. that has an issue with the drawer not opening and closing on its own I can see a belt laying by a pulley but how do i get at it?? I would assume the drawer has to come out? Can anyone guide me on this? I would think Onkyo 6 disc units are the same drive wise?
Thanks

Open the top, the platter should be held in place by a single screw in the middle, remove it then the platter. You should have access to the belt at that point. That said, I've never worked on an Onkyo spinner, but can't imagine it would be all that different than the others.

You would think so. Big circut board over half of it and a metal box under that. The thing is built like a tank and weighs 20lbs.
