Polk 705 Fantastic price

I just came from Best Buy and picked up I pair of LISM 705 for $800 Canadian (they were the floor model but not a scratch on them) wife is going to kill me so I may not get a chance to listen to them.

Holy carp I can't believe it, I've been lusting after these for two f@#king years woohoo.

    Great find. Btw which part of the country you in? I heard there were some floor models of lsim line on some of the old future shops...the staff at the store I bought my centre channel lsim706 from didn't even know they had it. Didnt get as good deal as you, but still was a good buy at 499.

    That's what these were floor models from Future Shop. Have them set up in the shop till the weekend, and will move them to the H/T room. Running them off my office rig a HK 3600 and crappy 12 gauge wire; can't wait to hear then with the Parasound 1500a and Doug's cables.

    It all good and as for the bleeping geese, man oh man they are like bloody cockroaches... and they down right nasty as well and tasted like crap!
    Had one last fall and it was tough greasy had a couple of bites and fed the rest to the dogs. Didn't bother them much they chow down on the **** dropper.
