Hi,
Been trying to locate a replacement grille for my PSW111 (broke some studs off the back) and was told I could order one by Polk CS (they provided the part number in the title), but without any instructions or follow up. Any help is much appreciated.

You appear to be located on the east coast, therefore you can telephone Polk at 1-800-377-7655 and order using a credit card to pay. Mention you are a Club Polk member for a reduced price.
