Oh, Listen here mister. We got no way of understandin' this world. But we got as much sense of this bird flyin in the sky. Now there is a lot that bird don't know, but it don't change the fact that the world is happening to him all the same. What I am tryin to say is, is that the course of your life, well its changing, and you don't even see it- Forest Bondurant

Yeah too much is better than not enough. It poured the rain down for about 20 minutes. Next door neighbor said he has never seen our street flood in the 40 years he has lived here. His garage actually was flooded in this. Might be time to replace the storm drains.

I'll say....or clean them out. Typically in older neighborhoods the storm drains are much too small to carry the volume of water or the outflow isn't nearly as big as needed. Cost money though. It's not rocket science, just bad engineering or maintenance.

Here it comes again. Gonna get hammered the next few days in Indiana.

Would gladly send it out west were those folks really need it..

Enough is enough. Garden is shot, pool runneth over "again"... :s

I seen the radar, it will likely be here in a few hours. The worst part for us, having all of this rain this year, has been the dang mosquitoes. With all of the puddling from the constant rain fall the mosquito population is increasing dramatically, which has lead to a few positive tests of west nile in central Ohio.

No doubt, the mosquitoes are so bad here, the other day, one was tapping on the window, he had a sign in his hand that read "when you coming outside, the family is here and were ready for dinner". Nasty little monsters.....Uh, oh time to unplug everything, that one shook the house and lit up the sky......
