Wireless microphone system

Hey folks....I am looking to have a wireless microphone system. One with clip on headphone microphones and a receiver. In looking at them it appears that the receivers all output to a 1/4 or 1/8 plug. I am looking for a system that hooks to an AVR with RCA red and white hookups. The little I have been reading it appears that you may need a mixer from the 1/4 or 1/8 plug then send the signal to the AVR. Can anyone help ??
