Help: static/distortion with HF from Harman Amp

My HK Citation 7.1, 4-channel amp. 2 channels have static/distortion sound at the tweeters. Do you guys know the issue and what to replace for amps with this condition? I am in Denver, CO. Any place that can fix it w/o breaking the bank?
