I got a little slip in the the last Miles Davis CD that I bought "must have albums" I have a few of them and wondered what yall think? I cut my theeth on "**** Brew" but I heard a lot of Miles from the old folks that turned me on to it back when I was a Hendrix HEAD lol

    I didn't like sketches of spain as it wasn't what I was going
    for at the time. I do listen to it at work sometimes...
    I like 'Round About Midnight'.

    I like Sketches of Spain, 'Round About Midnight, and Kind Of Blue as well.

    Pretty much anything pre-1960 is good, IMO.

    I like Blue and Spain... But try this one it grooves differently, http://www.allmusic.com/album/on-the-corner-mw0000197892 I enjoy it occasionally, like Capt. Beefheart. I just bought the mono version of Capt. Beefheart's "Safe As Milk", it sounds very good.
