I wish you could find the TS JTL-12AU7 black plate :( . I need a mate for one of mine and they are very hard to come by.

I already have a quad of the Sylvania 6189 3-mica bp, so I don't need that.

What type of getter do the JAN CBRZ 12AU7's have, if you can see? Just trying to identify it and make sure I don't already have some, or if it's a match for my single. What is the EIA code?

Going to pass on the TS 12AV7 too.

I would be interested in 1 or 2 JAN CBRZ once we get some more info. Do you have the boxes? Maybe a pic of the printing on the box?

Sorry to be such a pain, but I have soooooooooooo many 12AU7's and variants and I've been buying duplicates on Ebay lately, not realizing I already have them.

True Philco tubes made at the Lansdale are rare and are very early. Anything after Philco was sold is another tube maker with Lansdale printing. Mostly RCA and Sylvania and some CBS. I have plenty of RCA and Sylvania tubes.

    Thanks

The dates on these tubes are 5549 so I think we can safely say they were made in 1955 the 49th week so that should rule out philco tubes. The only EIA code I could read is 260 which does not jive with any tube maker I am aware of. The getter is large and angled it is either a horse shoe or D getter but impossible for me to tell for sure. I do not have the boxes for these.

I have seen 260 on Philco branded tubes before (although most likely manufactured by someone else) Philco uses code 260 on speakers, radio's and TV's.

One last question (I promise) is the getter on a post or does it appear to be attached at the wing (plate) tab exposed through the mica?

SO one is Mitcham and one is Blackburn. I have a quad of 58's from Mitcham and a pair of 58's from Blackburn. However mine are revision 2 (K62) w/ single post halo for Mitcham and goal post getters for Blackburn. Wasn't aware they made D getters for either, especially Mitcham.......never seen a D getter tube made at the Mitcham plant before.

I could be wrong and they are Goal post type getters my eyesight is not very good, one thing I am sure of is they are a square type shape.

1/3 off sale all tubes for 24 hours only no exceptions!! Deduct 1/3 off listed prices. If you see a tube or tubes that you want but need some extra time to pay thats fine but you need to respond within 24 hours to qualify. I am running short on tube boxes so you may receive your tubes without boxes but they will be safely shipped. If you want to wait until I can get new boxes in please request that with your order. All NOS listed tubes of course have their boxes.
