    This is a slider with full keyboard and comes with a charger. If you need a cheap phone and want to give it to your child for example, you control how much money is on it. Great second phone as well.

    POLK AUDIO Wireless F/X Surround Loudspeaker - Black - 9/10 -$200/Shipped

    This a brand new, never used unit. The only thing missing is the box but it will be packed to withstand nuclear blast.

    SVS AS-EQ1 Subwoofer Controller w/ Room Correction - 9/10 - Black - $400

    This is much like the other manufacturers like Velodyne for example, that lets you optimize your subwoofer for the room its in. Come with software, microphone, etc etc.
    This item has been discontinued by SVS and this unit is brand new, in box.

    Good for you Mark! We've been eye-balling the Grayton beach area as a possible 7 year plan; but I do love Southern Arizona, and Az is pretty retirement friendly.

    For those of us without Audysey XT32, this is that for subs. Blended my LSi 15's with my DIY sub quite nicely!

    And to boot it can handle dual subs....
