This is my progress on re staining my rti a3...org. was black..now im using gloss black for front face and american chestnut for all other sides any opinions?

Satin was used on sides...its still in drying process this was freshly tooken

Jus needs a little clean on the woofer...i did the ring in gloss black all surface enamel..screws added accent..opinions people!! -
Is this only a cabinet finish 'mod' or did you also make any xover mods?
The two-tone affect is kinda cool.
H9: If you don't trust what you are hearing, then maybe you need to be less invested in a hobby which all the pleasure comes from listening to music. -
Oh trust me finish is nicer in person..i tryed to go for the lsi look...and cabinet was scratched so it needed a freshnd up finish...i wish i knew how to do xover mods...any improvements im willing to pay..i like the sound as is..if it can be improved.. im all up for it!

Is that stain, or paint? I didn't think the veneer was thick enough to remove all the black.
