i bought a 4 shot and the click out microphone stopped working do I have to charge it some how what do I need to do I'm confused

Welcome to Polk's forum. The microphone is not active when the "one-button" cable is plugged in, since it has a microphone.

It was working and then they stopped so it was active I was using it for about 3 hours
