I think I will try these amps whenever it is that I get some more amps in the mean time I will be happy with what I have. The Csia6 sounds good so far.

Tonyb I now have some good cables IC'S and a power conditioner. Most of my music is FLACS streamed fom a pc via a blu-ray otherwise I am playing 5.1 music disc on a ps3 all through hdmi. I have some optical and digital coax cable that I could use if that would be an improvement.

Regarding upgrading to Rti's I am a bit hesitatant because xcapri and others have said the 70's are more musical. What do you think?

That all depends on your tastes pal. The RTI's will bring out more detail in the music, have a more lively sound than the M70's, and better bass response. However, married to the wrong gear and cabling they can sound a bit fatiguing on the top end which is why we normally recommend warmer sound gear/cables with them like Parasound or B&k amps, maybe Kimber cables.

If your running the music into a receiver by hdmi, leave it alone until you can get a decent dac in the mix, then I'd go digital coax into the dac.

Do you think I should get a second sub first or new fronts first?

x I am more into my music than HT but my room (house) sucks rocks. If the room was not in effect from one end of the house to the other I would imagine the sub that I have would be sufficient. Maybe I just want serious overkill so I will be motivated to knock a wall out or move lol. Straight up I am just trying to have some fun before I die ehh...

I'd hardly constitute pointing out contradicting statements as a personal attack, sorry you took it that way.

I agree some people need to chill out a bit, instead of following someone around to launch yet another personal attack.
I'm listening to a favorite FM station on a vintage tuner with a tube integrated and Polk LSiM speakers and everything is cool.

I'm sitting on the porch with a smoke and a beverage listening to Sammy Hagar and the Circle, brand new CD "At your Service". Just threw the CD into the garage boombox. Loving life...

Saying that an amp is 'futureproof' or 'upgradeproof' is absurd.

A lil cap refresh/upgrade, some nicer other parts inside can yield beneficial results. I've had the chance to hear a bone stock HCA-1200II and my recapped HCA-1200II, stark differences for the better in the case of my amp, I don't feel like an idiot buying it from a used audio retailer that goes through what they sell and brings it up to snuff.

Agreed. I recapped my BAT VK-200 about 7 months(?) ago using some Nichicon, Panasonic, etc. power supply caps and some Mundorf Silver/Gold/Oil output caps and the results are very nice.

They most likely haven't used this amp and are just commenting in a passive aggressive manner against anything Emotiva.

Kinda like never trying cables yet posting in a manner against them. Got it! ;)

Come on Mike, that's kinda harsh. About as harsh as the sound of Emotiva amps! LOL! (That's (sort of) a joke people).

How does having an opinion about any brand of amplifier make one a "snob"? By that logic, wouldn't this make your opinion about we at the Polk Forum (being "snobs") "snobbish" as well?

Finally, "noobs" are not obligated to pay attention to, nor believe anyones' opinion(s); however, to have an opinion (about an amplifiers sound signature), one must have experience with whatever the discussion is about (as was brought up in Keiko's post regarding cables).
