Keiga KG5230 Subwoofer Amplifier

I thought this amp would be great with my Exodus Audio Maelstrom subwoofer project, but the 4db boost at 25hz is in the wrong place for this build. This would be perfect for a 12" subwoofer as it would raise the natural bottom end roll-off of most designs. The amp is in great condition, as was only mounted on top of a cabinet for a bit during testing.

@hochpt21 start getting stuff for your DIY sub man... This would be a good one for a low powered sub....
Or smaller duals (you'd need another of course)
My subs are dual 4 ohms or I'd snatch it up myself"....not everything that can be counted counts, and not everything that counts can be counted." William Bruce Cameron, Informal Sociology: A Casual Introduction to Sociological Thinking (1963) -
This work power an 8ohm load well, but will provide more power and is optimized for a 4ohm load.

I just heard back from Keiga, and the KG5230 is not rated into a 2ohm load. The amp had over-current protection that will activate if the impedance goes too low for too long.
