Nice. What is the Neutrik NL4 for?
Are the jumpers also Totem Silver? Do you tin these or put them in bare?
Just starting to consider more the mods for M10s and 2.3TLs.I disabled signatures. -
The NL4 was there just as an alternate speaker connection as the plate is designed for SDA speakers and the hole was there. NL4 is an great connection
The jumpers are actually Supra Rondo which is already a tinned copper so they don't really require any type of tinning to prevent corrosion
Thank you- Not Tom ::::::: Any system can play Diana Krall. Only the best can play Limp Bizkit. -
oh, haha, I thought you'd gotten really fancy and were now offering SDA'ing conversions now, hehe
just had to look that up - with Supra Rondo, is each strand tin plated all the way through?
I was meaning tinned more for neatness/longevity in the connection. you know how bare leads can get sloppy after a while with changes? presuming for this application, though, that the client would be using banana plugs, and not bare leads or spades to the terminals, so these jumpers would be undisturbed?I disabled signatures. -
Truth be told I usually include the jumpers as I use them for test purposes, most people use their own form of jumpers or bi-wire cables. No one has really ever requested anything special for the jumpers but I am careful to make sure no strands are hitting incase they keep them installed, the wire barely fits through the binding post hole
Supra Rondo is a great wire, especially for internal wiring. It has an extremely high strand count, super flexible, sounds great, I enjoy using it.- Not Tom ::::::: Any system can play Diana Krall. Only the best can play Limp Bizkit.
