I dont see that happening at the 7701 was in production for like 6 years. Marantz doesnt tend to update their processor line that often. Even their AVR's dont get a yearly refresh from what I've seen.

Yeah I like Accessories4less but personally after being burned by my last AVR where the 3 year warranty was all that saved me, I'm likely going new this time around.

And your right, the 7701 was a late 2012 entry so its not as old as I thought. That said if they wait 3 years to release a new model finding one sub 800 is going to take a bit.
