Great news, Chuck is up and walking, speech is much better and he knows who people are. Talk about a procedure he went thru. Thankfully by the grace of God it looks as if he will make a full/wq0r8oziteed.jpg
slow recovery!!!

Once again everyone and I can't say it enough THANKS for the prayers.

Hopefully in about 4 weeks the threads will still be around as I'll get him to visit. So he can see all the encouragement/prayer posts from people he has never met.

He's was already joking with the nurses wanting to go home :D . Evidently the aneurysm was 13 mm in size "2-3 mm larger" than they estimated.
His left eye is still not swelling like they predicted and he has his appetite back. :)

    What an ordeal.

Thank God he pulled through the operation, which appears to have been absolutely phenomenal.

What today's surgeons can do is truly a miracle.

The grace of God be with Chuck, and God bless you and his family.

    Too funny Mr. Frost... :D

Chuck is home doing fine. He had some family fly in for the surgery and now that he is home he took a few of them on a "golf cart" ride to show them the property where he lives. Go figure he is a tough bird who doesn't quite get the concept of taking it easy. :*

Good for him! Sounds like he has quite the spirit.

Best wishes and many prayers for his continued, speedy progress!

Good news, the recovery seems to be well enough that ole Chuck and the wife are coming to the house this weekend for a cookout. :)

Only draw back is the daughters "new" friend she just met is going to be here also and I'm not to sure if this guy is prepared to meet Chuck :o

Chucks about as protective over my daughter as I am...

I hope the cook out went well, and that Chuck's meeting with your daughter's new beau was, shall we say, pacific.

as a father of three daughters, I know what "protective" means in this situation.

Most of all, I hope Chuck is making steady, good progress.
