I'll confess to being a grumpy old guy living in seclusion - what is vibrated bass?

As for amp or receiver - do you have a budget in mind? Is used ok?

What are your listening preferences for volume level, what other components will you be using as your music source?

Will your setup be just a pair of RTiA3s or will you be using a sub and/or surrounds as well?

You want something that will "warm" those speakers up. Parasound, B&K, etc. There are some posts/sales on this site about those you can look at.
