Loud feedback from new Soundbar 4000

just connected Polk Soundbar 4000 to a new Sony 4k TV. Periodically I've had loud feedback, lose the sound. have rebooted by turning power of at bar and subwoofer. then get great sound for 40-60 minutes distortion again. Any ideas what is causing my problem how can deal with problem. This new, out box today..

    Welcome to Polk's forum. Can you describe how you've connected your SurroundBar to the rest of your equipment?

    Optical cable from bar to TV, plugged in bar power source, plugged in subwoofer, switched TV audio from TV speakers to audio theatre speaker(Soundbar), balanced sound between bar and woofer. I get good, clean sound for some time and then it breaks into high volume cracking, distortion, noise. Turning everything off brings back the clear sound until the next break down.
