Another Polk Customer Service Story

I posted about a month ago about my new lsim 705's with some cosmetic defects and a tweeter inop. right out of the box. Things seemed easy at first as Visions promised me a new pair. several weeks go by and no speakers so I call visions. Turns out they didn't order them and I have gone 2 weeks with defective speakers. But don't worry folks! This has a happy ending! I sent an email to our Canadian rep up here Walter Moser, and the next day I get a phone call from a gentleman named Todd. Turns out the Western Polk rep (I think) shows up to my house to snap a few pictures! with in a little over a week I had my new speakers personally delivered, he stayed to help unbox them, and set them up and wouldn't leave until I was satisfied. What other company would do that? seriously.... These guys rock! I thought everyone should know about this, as this is some top notch ****. Thank you, thank you, thank you!

Great results. Any explanation on how the thing got all beat up. Boxes were perfect. They weren't beat up either. The left towers tweeter wasn't wokring, the right side tower had its binding post plate on upside down, missing polk badge, bent grill. And the chrome for the leveling feet was chipping off on both towers. Another thing I noticed was the replacement towers seemed to have a glossier finish. The new ones were perfect, not one flaw.2 channel:
